Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement dimensional inspection methods and techniques.
  • Perform D.O.E. response dimensional inspections.
  • Conduct dimensional inspections for modified and full First Articles.
  • Perform Gage R&R studies to evaluate measurement system capability.
  • Conduct Capability Studies and analyze results.
  • Review inspection and study results with appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with identifying and resolving metrology and measurement-related issues.
  • Support other quality and dimensional inspection activities as needed.
  • Assist with training and developing Dimensional Inspector Trainees.

What We’re Looking For

  • College degree or 4+ years of metrology experience.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T and programming.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading.
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Commitment to manufacturing safety and quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and work effectively with others.
