Job Description
This Metrology Technician role supports process technology teams by running metrology processes, selecting and executing appropriate metrology recipes, and ensuring accurate wafer measurements on a back-end night shift schedule. The technician works closely with shift supervisors and process engineers, follows documented standard operating procedures, and maintains a strong focus on quality, precision, and detail. Work Environment
This role is based within a metrology team in a semiconductor lab environment, providing coverage for metrology tasks across the entire lab. The position follows a back-end night shift schedule from Thursday to Saturday and alternating Wednesdays, working from 6:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Work takes place in a cleanroom setting using metrology tools such as KLA Tencor SP1, SP3, SP5, XRF, and S100, with frequent use of data systems like SharePoint for documentation and pass-down reporting. The environment emphasizes teamwork, clear communication between shifts, and strict adherence to standard operating procedures, offering a long-term engagement with career growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
