Job Role: Manufacturing Operations Data Analyst 
Location: North Charleston, SC (Onsite)

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. The role involves analyzing and interpreting data, providing feedback on assessment results, and working with organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with integration across a variety of cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare clear reports and present findings to leadership.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with audit management systems and quality management systems (QMS).
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience leading teams.
  • 3 years of business operations experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage employees performing business management activities around Business Operations.
  • Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals.
  • Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
  • Perform audits and assessments of Fulfillment processes and practices against applicable standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and root-cause analysis activities (e.g., 5-Why, Fishbone).
