Job description

• Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Client's Production System for internal or external customers.
• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
• Analyzes and interprets data.
• Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
• Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
• Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans. Works under minimal direction.

Required skills/qualifications:

1. Airplane system understanding, ability to teach gen2 classes

2. Hydraulics, avionics, fight controls understanding
