At BB Imaging, we're seeking experienced MFM Sonographers to join our Weekend On-Call team. This role is designed for sonographers who want the freedom of weekend-only availability while remaining part of a supportive, sonographer-led clinical community.

You'll provide compassionate patient care, and deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging across a variety of clinic sites. What You'll Get:
  • Weekend-only commitment: Saturdays & Sundays, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM availability
  • Guaranteed minimum pay for each clinic call-in
  • Mileage reimbursement and eligible drive-time pay when applicable

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Perform sonographic procedures
  • Inspect and review patient charts, reports, lab results, and medical history
  • Create reports to assist the physician with documentation
  • Evaluate sonograms to identify or rule-out patient/fetus anomalies
  • Communicate sonographic findings to physician
  • Provide visual sonographic guidance to complete successful amniocentesis
  • Communicate machine errors or needs to maintain quality machines and imagery
  • Restock sonography rooms with required supplies for sonography performance
  • Increase your knowledge of diseases and new procedures through CMEs
  • Other duties assigned by managers

IS THIS YOU?
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with an OB/GYN specialty
  • 1+ years high-risk OB and or MFM sonography experience
  • Knowledgeable of human anatomy and medical terminology related to OB/GYN specialty
  • Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound
  • Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to the use of EMR systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Calm under pressure and compassionate with patients
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future

DO YOU SCORE ANY BONUS POINTS?
  • Registered in Fetal Echocardiogram (FE)
  • Credentialed in Nuchal Translucency, Nasal Bone, and Cervical Length
  • Bachelor's degree in Sonography or other related fields of study

RISK OF EXPOSURE TO BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS: Category 1 - Tasks involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.

This is an hourly non-exempt opportunity.
