Position Overview and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for providing functional support and oversight of the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) eProcurement system tools, performing constant and consistent monitoring of users operational use to recommend process improvements. The position supports the tracking, analysis, and reporting of utilization metrics to drive compliance, improve adoption, and inform strategic decision-making. The position is responsible for researching, implementing, and documenting new areas of process improvement to achieve significant and measurable results and benefits. This effort directly advances the agencys mission to deliver innovative, resource-saving solutions to continually improve customer service.
