Create and manage N2M (Node-to-Mainframe) jobs
Develop, modify, and monitor batch jobs
Configure calendars, dependencies, job groups, and event-based triggers
Perform root cause analysis for job failures
Handle production deployments and scheduling enhancements

JSCAPE MFT Create file transfer jobs and automated workflows Configure triggers (time-based, file-based, event-based) Manage secure protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2) Monitor logs and resolve transfer failures Perform server configuration and maintenance activities Troubleshoot file transfer failures and connectivity issues Work on encryption (PGP), certificates, and key management Support user onboarding and partner integrations

Support & Enhancements Provide L2 support (incident, problem, change management) Perform impact analysis and implement enhancements Work closely with application teams and business stakeholders Prepare technical documentation and SOPs Participate in on-call support rotation (if required)
