    Position Summary

    This position blends the responsibilities of a Sr. Practice Manager with managing business development on behalf of SRHS's WorkHealthySC division.

    This is a mid-tier sales role, one that requires daily prospecting and client relationship management. In this role the WorkHealthySC Corporate Relations Manager will develop strategies and execute plans to achieve growth and profitability targets and work with the WorkHealthySC team to lead the employer channel management effort. He/she will be responsible for developing strong relationships with employers and brokers.

    This position will also oversee operations in multiple locations and multiple providers, as well as clinical and non-clinical support staff. The Corporate Relations Manager will coordinate and supervise daily administrative operations of non-clinical personnel. Interviewing, recruitment, hiring and termination will also be performed by the Manager as needed and according to System/Network policies. The Manager will perform salary reviews, performance evaluations and recommend promotions in conjunction with the Director as appropriate according to System/Network policies. He/she will directly supervise specifically identified administrative personnel within the Division.

    He/she will also monitor daily transactions and reports for production and collections and daily deposits according to IDX, other appropriate software and Network policies. The Manager will oversee ordering of supplies and maintain adequate inventory levels. He/she willingly accepts change, new processes and methods for continuous improvement to ensure quality care and efficient operations; enhance growth and development through continuing education of self and site employees. Displays the utmost standard of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with employees, patients, and with practice or network issues or concerns. The Manager will be an example of quality Customer Service and hold others in his/her area of responsibility accountable for quality customer service.

    Minimum Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing/Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

    Experience

    • 2 years of sales experience required
    • 3 years of practice management experience

    • Participates in all responsibilities related to revenue, expenses, budget, positions and FTEs to ensure financial accountability for all cost center(s).
    • Responsible for communicating the organizational financial status
    • Participates in the operating and capital budget on an annual basis
    • Develops goals within the department that support the overall strategic plan and meet these goals as defined.
    • Improve process effectiveness: Identifies and implements improvements with work programs, projects, services and customer interactions to meet expectations and quality initiatives based on Strategic Plan.
