JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Responsible for the oversight of Distribution Operations Centers (DOC) serving all Distribution areas in the state. Manage DOC performance to ensure restoration and information service levels are achieving safety and service excellence. Oversee SCADA Switching Operations to ensure safe compliance for all operational areas. Target ZERO Switching errors/incidents. Ensure the DOC constantly obtains and provides outage information to the CSC and other customer contact personnel - including executive reporting.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education required of the position
BS in Engineering (preferably Electrical) or equivalent work experience. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum experience required of the position
10 years of Operations experience, Distribution Line experience, Safety Processes and Procedures.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position
Knowledge of core DOC systems -- SCADA, SAISO, AM/FM, AORS, ARCOS, Microsoft Toolkit, SharePoint, etc. Knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, AM/FM applications and Outage Management process. Excellent computer skills and aptitude.
Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position
Professional Engineer license a plus, yet not required.
