Job Title: MGR II PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Posting Start Date: 7/14/26

At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.

Job Description:

Job Overview

The Program Manager, DDN Solutions Program Management (SPM) - Asia is responsible for driving planning, execution, and delivery of solution programs supporting Digital Data Networks' AI / hyperscale customers and ecosystem partners. This role coordinates cross-functional execution across Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, Finance, Operations, customer-facing teams, and Asia-based execution sites.

This is an exciting time to join DDN Program Management as we expand our Solution Program Management capability in Asia. Many of DDN's most important AI infrastructure programs require fast execution, close coordination with manufacturing sites, and strong connectivity between customer requirements, program commitments, and on-the-ground execution. This role will help strengthen DDN's ability to execute with speed, clarity, and accountability across global teams.

This role requires a hands-on program leader who can operate with agility, curiosity, ownership, and strong follow-through in a fast-changing environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable working through ambiguity, learning new technologies quickly, identifying risks early, and driving actions to closure without waiting for detailed direction.

The Program Manager will support solution-level execution by maintaining program schedules, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action plans. Success requires more than meeting facilitation or status reporting. This role must actively drive alignment, escalate blockers, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and help teams move from uncertainty to executable plans.

Strong customer-facing experience and English communication skills are required, as this role will regularly interact with regional and global stakeholders, customer-facing teams, and, when appropriate, customers, ODMs, CMs, and ecosystem partners.

Job Requirements

  • • Lead planning and execution for assigned DDN solution programs from concept / pre-sale through NPI execution, validation, and production readiness.
  • Build and maintain integrated program schedules using Microsoft Project or other commercial program management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent.
  • Maintain a clear program plan of record (POR) covering scope, schedule, deliverables, risks, dependencies, actions, and key decisions.
  • Apply Agile principles where appropriate to support rapid learning, fast decision-making, iteration, and parallel-path execution.
  • Track program milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and actions with clear ownership and follow-through.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, Finance, Operations, and customer-facing teams.
  • Partner with global SPMs, CPMs, PjMs, PjEs, product management and functional leaders to ensure one program plan, one dashboard, and one aligned message.
  • Support Asia execution cadence by connecting program priorities with plant, supplier, tooling, sample, validation, and ramp-readiness activities.
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and blockers; drive mitigation plans, recovery actions, and timely escalation where needed.
  • Facilitate effective program reviews and working sessions focused on decisions, actions, blockers, and next steps.
  • Support customer milestone alignment by connecting customer needs with internal execution plans, sample readiness, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Prepare clear program updates, dashboards, risk summaries, and executive-level status readouts.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English with global stakeholders and customer-facing teams.
  • Build trusted working relationships across functions, regions, and sites to improve execution speed, transparency, and accountability.

What your background should look like

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, engineering program management, manufacturing program management, or related roles; 7+ years preferred.
  • Experience in optical connectivity, high-speed interconnect, electronics, semiconductor, hardware, manufacturing, or AI / hyperscale infrastructure environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology, Scrum, Kanban, or iterative development practices preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results, not simply documenting status or meeting notes.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project or other commercial program management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of product development, NPI, validation, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp processes.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities and aggressive customer timelines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field required; technical degree preferred.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
