Job Summary Manages the marketing center of excellence and executes the marketing and advertising strategy to achieve results in customer product and service acquisitions and program adoption across preferred customer channels—including digital, print, email, social, and web—through videography, graphic design, content, and messaging design.Responsibilities Lead a team responsible for omnichannel customer marketing, education, and awareness efforts; drive adoption and achieve corporate acquisition goals.Deliver results across multiple companies while partnering with Legal and Regulatory experts to ensure compliance.Provide coaching, timely feedback, and clarity of purpose to employees, fostering a high‑performance culture.Plan, develop, and implement marketing plans on time and within budget to drive customer acquisition and maximize spend.Collaborate closely with business partners to develop robust marketing plans aligned with corporate objectives.Research and develop marketing strategies for new products, services, programs, and offerings.Oversee the creation and implementation of all collateral materials for an omnichannel approach—including graphic design, website campaign pages and banners, customer emails and newsletters, bill inserts, printed newsletters, brochures, fact sheets, advertisements, social media (organic and paid), photography, and videography.Manage the multimedia and marketing campaign vendor strategy, including identification, oversight, selection, and optimization of vendors.Collaborate with business partners to determine and develop branding and marketing objectives and other graphic design needs.Leverage metrics from internal campaigns and third‑party vendors to measure effectiveness, ROI, and performance; translate results into actionable insights and optimize customer engagement.Identify and explore present and future industry trends and new advertising media options and channels.Cultivate business relationships with other utilities and industries to identify and adapt best practices.Complete any additional duties as assigned.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis, or Advertising.7‑9 years of experience managing multi‑media marketing and advertising.4‑6 years of experience managing people.Strong communication skills—including presentation, verbal, and written.Strong project management skills.Expertise in omnichannel delivery and operations.Ability to translate business needs into action.Ability to work in an environment with rapidly changing priorities and a measure of ambiguity.Ability to manage a dispersed team.Moderate ability to influence and hold others accountable.Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising.Background in a utility company.Experience in project management.Physical Demands Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, reaching, handling, hearing, and repetitive motions; the role may require occasional walking and sitting.Equal Employment Opportunity: NiSource is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, sex, genetic information, citizenship status, or any other protected group status as defined by law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
