Located within the region''s only Level I Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin, the STICU provides advanced critical care through a collaborative, multidisciplinary team using leading-edge technology and evidence-based practices. Job Summary

As Nursing Manager, level 2 RN, you shape a positive team environment, ensure high-quality nursing practices, teamwork, and patient safety. You create plans, implement policies, manage resources, oversee finances, and manage quality improvement efforts. Arrange educational programs to meet goals and act as caregiver when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree.
  • A minimum of three years'' professional experience is required for this role.
  • RN licensed.
  • You also need Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days on the job.
