The Outpatient Clinic Manager ensures the effective day-to-day management of routine office operations; facilitates effective communications and basic financial functions through regular clerical and administrative support. Much more online at: https://ftlauderdalebehavioral.com/ ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Collect and record patients' payments for services, assist patients in completing claims and other forms Effectively supervises clinic staff; maintains time & attendance records; payroll data; and addresses HR related issues Maintain effective working relationships with hospital staff; facilitate patient referral and admission to hospital as necessary Performs special assignments/projects at the request of the CFO/CEO Shows empathy when communicating financial responsibilities to patients; follows-up with insurance companies on outstanding bills; and Hospitals net days in accounts receivable goals are exceeded.
