POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY##### # # Under the supervision of the Vice President of Patient Care Services/Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Manager of Systems and Regulatory Quality supports the design, monitoring, analysis, and improvement of patient care and organizational functions for the Division of Patient Care Services and the Healthcare System at-large. Assumes primary responsibility for the institution-wide Patient Care Services quality program. Ensures compliance with all applicable Standards of the Joint Commission (TJC), National Patient Safety Goals and Indiana State Department of Health (ISDOH) regulations. Oversees data collection and reporting (i.e. NDNQI) for the Division of Patient Care Services. To successfully function in this position, the following education/experience is required: # EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: # Professional level of knowledge equivalent to BSN, Masters preferred. Five years management experience in healthcare related field. A variety of positions that have assisted in the developed understanding of the scope of quality care in health care. Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Indiana. #
