American Senior Benefits is actively onboarding Insurance Sales Agents to serve Kalamazoo, Portage, and surrounding Southwest Michigan communities, helping seniors navigate Medicare, life insurance, and retirement planning with confidence.

Responsibilities:What Youāll Do
- Educate seniors and preāretirees on Medicare, life, and health insurance options
- Assist Medicare beneficiaries with enrollments, plan changes, and applications
- Conduct client appointments using a needsābased consultative approach
- Build longāterm client relationships through excellent customer service
- Generate new business through companyāprovided marketing and leads
- Stay current on Medicare regulations and insurance products in Michigan
Who Weāre Looking For
- Motivated individuals who enjoy helping others
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM systems)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a local team
