Lead VDC and BIM implementation from preconstruction through project completion
Develop and manage project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
Coordinate federated models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
Facilitate clash detection, constructability reviews, and issue resolution meetings
Partner with project management and field leadership teams to improve planning and execution
Perform model quality assurance and quality control reviews
Support innovation, standardization, training, and continuous improvement initiatives within the VDC function

5+ years of experience in Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), Building Information Modeling (BIM), or Construction Technology leadership
Proven experience supporting complex commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, life sciences, or large-scale construction projects
Strong proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, and related coordination software
Experience leading model coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, and BIM execution planning
Ability to collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, design teams, and trade partners
Strong understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
Experience mentoring junior VDC professionals and improving project delivery processes
Base: $140k-$165k+
