Job TitleCommercial Interior Project ManagerJob DescriptionManage commercial interior construction projects from award through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field teams. Lead client meetings and provide regular project updates. Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, change orders, and submittals. Monitor project costs and ensure financial performance targets are achieved. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and company procedures. Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain schedules and budgets. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Proficiency in project management tools and software.What's on Offer5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Proven experience delivering commercial interiors and tenant improvement projects in New York City. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Experience working for a General Contractor. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced construction environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Proficiency with construction management software and project scheduling tools. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.Interested?
