Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and reporting. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and internal teams. Lead client meetings and provide regular updates on project progress. Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor project costs and ensure profitability targets are achieved. Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance. Proactively identify and resolve project challenges and risks. Proven experience managing corporate interiors, tenant fit-outs, renovations, and workplace projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Experience working for a General Contractor specializing in interior construction. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management software.
