Project Manager - InteriorsOur client is a growing and highly regarded Commercial Interiors General Contractor with a strong portfolio of office, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and corporate fit-out projects. With a reputation for quality craftsmanship, long-term client relationships, and repeat business, they are committed to delivering exceptional interior environments throughout Westchester County and the greater New York market.Job DescriptionManage multiple commercial interior projects from planning through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and reporting. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and internal teams. Lead client meetings and provide regular updates on project progress. Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor project costs and ensure profitability targets are achieved. Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance. Proactively identify and resolve project challenges and risks. Proven experience managing corporate interiors, tenant fit-outs, renovations, and workplace projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Experience working for a General Contractor specializing in interior construction. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred.What's on OfferCompetitive salary and annual performance bonus.
