Oversee both interior renovation and ground-up healthcare construction projects. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with NYC building codes, healthcare regulations, and safety requirements. Lead site meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication. Manage subcontractor performance, procurement, and contract administration.
