Project ManagerOur client is a well-established NYC-based general contractor with a strong portfolio of luxury residential, commercial interiors, and ground-up developments. They are recognized for delivering high-quality, detail-oriented projects, maintaining long-standing relationships with top-tier architects, designers, and developers across the city.Job DescriptionOversee all phases of construction projects, including pre-construction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and executionManage high-end interior fit-outs and ground-up builds, ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to design intentCoordinate with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teamsDevelop and maintain project schedules, cost controls, and risk mitigation strategiesLead project meetings and provide clear, consistent communication to all stakeholdersEnsure compliance with NYC building codes, safety regulations, and company standardsHandle change orders, RFIs, and document control with accuracy and efficiencyDrive projects to successful on-time and on-budget completionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
