Description

  • Oversee MEP design coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Ensure all mechanical and electrical systems meet mission critical redundancy and reliability requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with PMs, Supers, commissioning agents, and trade partners.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and maintain project quality.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager title.

  • Strong background in MEP systems.

  • Previous experience on data center or mission critical projects.

  • Willingness to travel, for the duration of the project

Job Offer

  • Base salary: Open, depending on experience

  • Project completion bonus: Projected at $100,000

  • Annual bonus: 20% of base salary

  • Housing stipend: $1,500-$2,500/month

  • Relocation assistance provided

  • Travel home twice per month
