This Associate Microelectronic Assembler role involves learning and performing electronic assembly tasks, primarily manual wire bonding and die attach operations for advanced electronic devices used in defense applications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Following work instructions and assembly drawings for die attach and wire bonding
  • Manipulating components with tools, maintaining accurate logs and paperwork
  • Operating and troubleshooting production equipment and computers
  • Ensuring quality, safety, ISO compliance, and meeting production deadlines
  • Performing other duties as assigned

  • Qualifications:

    • 0-1 year mechanical assembly experience
    • Ability to work detailed tasks under a microscope
    • Good hand-eye coordination and problem-solving skills
    • Follow instructions in English, enthusiastic and cooperative attitude

    Preferred skills:

    • Microelectronics assembly, recognizing non-conformities
    • Knowledge of FOD/ESD, wire bonding, die attach, PCB work
    • Experience with wire bonders and micro-electronic materials
    • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
