• Location: Avon, CT
• Available Shift: 2nd Shift — 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Pay: Up to $26/hr

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to manufacture high‑quality micro‑prism films per specifications.
• Load raw materials and unload finished goods to keep the line supplied and flowing.
• Track machine performance and make real‑time adjustments to protect throughput and quality.
• Run routine quality checks and record production data to meet established standards.
• Spot equipment issues, process deviations, or quality concerns and promptly alert supervisors/maintenance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe area while following all safety procedures.
• Partner with teammates and shift leads to meet production targets and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred, not required.
• Working knowledge of production/manufacturing processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and operating manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality‑first mindset.
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability are a plus.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as the role requires.
