- Location: Avon, CT
- Available Shift: 2nd Shift — 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Pay: Up to $26/hr
What You’ll Do
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to manufacture high‑quality micro‑prism films per specifications.
- Load raw materials and unload finished goods to keep the line supplied and flowing.
- Track machine performance and make real‑time adjustments to protect throughput and quality.
- Run routine quality checks and record production data to meet established standards.
- Spot equipment issues, process deviations, or quality concerns and promptly alert supervisors/maintenance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and production documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe area while following all safety procedures.
- Partner with teammates and shift leads to meet production targets and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred, not required.
- Working knowledge of production/manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and operating manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality‑first mindset.
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability are a plus.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as the role requires.
