Build a quality microbiology program from the ground up, where every SOP carries your fingerprint. Set the contamination control standard for a growing biomaterials manufacturer, on a team eager to do things better.
Why you should apply
- Build, don't maintain: stand up the Environmental Monitoring program from scratch, your calls from day one
- Direct mentoring impact: train Operations and Quality staff hands-on, with real leadership support
- Career runway beyond this seat: growth built around your interests, company-wide
- A team that wants a "yes, we can if" partner, not a gatekeeper
- $70,000 to $85,000 base, plus up to $5,000 annual bonus
What you'll be doing
- Reestablish and own the Environmental Monitoring program
- Lead onsite training and mentoring on contamination control
- Set up and qualify cleanrooms to ISO 14644
- Partner cross-functionally on sterility assurance
- Help shape risk assessments and future program ownership
About you
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Hands on Quality function experience, not just bench work, ideally medical device, pharma, or biologics
- Built or improved a program before and want to do it again, your way
- Want mentoring and training to be a bigger part of your role
- Biomaterials or tissue experience is a plus, not required
