Work Environment
This role is based in an OTC microbiology laboratory within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The standard schedule runs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The laboratory uses microbiology techniques such as gram staining, streaking, and plating, and operates under FDA and good laboratory practice (GLP) standards. The quality team works collaboratively and emphasizes cross-training, creating an environment where team members develop a broad skill set and support one another's growth. The organization is investing in new technologies, including Bag on Valve equipment, and is focused on organic growth in the outdoor OTC pharmaceutical market, offering opportunities for career development as the company expands.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
