LOCATION: MALAGA (ARVIN, CA.)
SHIFT: SWING (Tue-Thurs: 4:00PM-12:30AM- Fri: 2:00PM-10:30PM- Sat: 9AM-5:30PM)
REPORTS TO: MICROBIOLOGY LAB SUPERVISOR

What you will need:
- High School diploma or Associate degree.
- Some background knowledge or experience of working in a lab, preferably microbiology lab.
- Computer skills and ability to utilize standard Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Must have strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
- Must be able to distinguish differences in color, with or without accommodation.
- Self-starter and ability to track and maintain project process independently.
- Ability to maintain high quality standards with minimal supervision and to bring urgent matters to the attention to proper personnel for immediate resolution.
- Ability to read and interpret procedures, safety information, operating and maintenance instructions.
- Strong planning and organizational skills and proactive work initiative to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information.
- Ability to work daily overtime.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
- Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen.
