Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

• MLS(ASCP) or MT(ASCP) certification (required)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microbiology

• Strong technical expertise and knowledge of microbiology procedures and quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily microbiology operations and ensure quality performance standards

• Serve as a technical resource for laboratory staff

• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards

• Assist with training, competency assessments, and process improvements
