Our team is responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing automated tests for microelectronics parts and assemblies to verify digital, electro‑optical, and RF performance.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute automated test procedures for microelectronics components.Analyze test data to identify performance issues and recommend corrective actions.Create and maintain test documentation, schematics, and test setups.Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers to troubleshoot and resolve hardware failures.Support continuous improvement of test methodologies and equipment utilization.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline.Basic knowledge of computer programming and languages.Ability to operate test equipment such as oscilloscopes, waveform generators or multimeters.Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a clearance.Desired SkillsFamiliarity with micro‑electronic components (Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal, RF, and Electro‑Optic), common electronic test equipment, and schematic reading.Ability to view solder, silver epoxy, wire bonds and small die/component features through a microscope.Ability to review the schematic and test requirements to understand functionality of circuits – which components and circuit path contribute to failure.Understanding of network analyzer, power meter, function generator, spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope and RF switch matrix.Understanding of test sequence and basic software concepts for running test scripts and automated tests.Experienced user of Microsoft Office software applications including Word, Project, Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to become proficient with electro‑optical and RF components, devices and assemblies.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others from varied backgrounds; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate.Schedule for this Position4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.Clearance LevelNone.Equal Opportunity EmployerLockheed Martin is an equal‑opportunity employer.
