Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Microservices Technical Lead – Java / Spring Boot / AWS / MongoDB for their Dallas, TX/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
Lead technical design and development of microservices (Spring Microservices 3.x) within a large-scale platform modernization effort.
Serve as the central technical liaison across infrastructure, cloud, NoSQL, and database teams.
Provide hands-on guidance to development teams, resolve technical blockers, and ensure high quality delivery.
Oversee scrum teams, manage technical workstreams, and maintain alignment with broader platform architecture.
Troubleshoot issues related to AWS services (ECS, EC2), connectivity, firewalls/VMs, CICD pipelines, and related components.
Communicate complex technical issues clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership.

Proven success leading microservice initiatives in large enterprise environments.
Ability to operate as both an architect-level thinker and a hands-on technical lead.
Experience collaborating with infrastructure, NoSQL, and MongoDB teams.
