Job Overview:
Pay Range: $17.00hr - $22.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years supporting Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, System networking, and Cloud platforms.
- Strong experience with Windows administration and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong experience with cybersecurity operations and endpoint management.
- Strong experience with Help Desk support and SharePoint administration.
- Experience supporting hybrid and cloud-based environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Must successfully pass a background investigation and security review prior to assignment.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality of all organizational information.
- Must adhere to cybersecurity best practices and all applicable security policies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive managed IT services for the environment.
- Serve as the primary IT support resource for approximately 30 users.
- Manage help desk support and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Oversee cybersecurity, device management, and system monitoring.
- Manage backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Handle IT asset management and strategic technology consulting.
- Work closely with staff, the Contract Manager, and partner IT personnel to maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient technology environment.
- Ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform technical troubleshooting and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and participate in strategic technology planning.
