What We NeedWe are looking for an experienced and solutions-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator / Endpoint Administrator to join our team in a full-time, hourly, onsite position. The ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows endpoints. This is a hands-on onsite platform administration role. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, deploying, securing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft 365 and endpoint technologies while working closely with IT, Security, Network, vendors, and business teams. The role requires regular onsite presence to support endpoint deployments, device provisioning, hardware refreshes, troubleshooting, project rollouts, and other operational activities.A Typical Day looks likeA typical day is focused on administering, securing, maintaining, and improving the Microsoft 365 and endpoint environment. This is a hands-on platform administration role, with most work performed through Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Intune, Entra ID, PowerShell, and ServiceNow. - Start the day by reviewing the environment: Check Intune device compliance, enrollment status, application deployment failures, security alerts, and Microsoft 365 service health.
- Manage endpoints in Intune: Review Windows and iOS/iPadOS devices, troubleshoot enrollment and compliance issues, update configuration policies, and ensure devices meet organizational security requirements.
- Deploy and manage applications: Package Win32/MSI applications, create detection and requirement rules, test deployments, and assign applications to the appropriate groups.
- Manage Windows Autopilot: Configure and troubleshoot device provisioning, deployment profiles, enrollment status, and standardized Windows deployments.
- Administer Entra ID: Create and manage users and groups, maintain dynamic group membership rules, manage MFA and access, and support identity-related administration.
- Administer Microsoft 365: Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, permissions, and licensing from the appropriate admin centers.
- Automate repetitive tasks: Use PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to automate provisioning, licensing, reporting, device operations, and other administrative activities.
- Manage ITSM activities: Review and work on ServiceNow incidents, requests, and changes while maintaining accurate asset and CMDB records.
- Work with security teams: Assist with endpoint security, Microsoft Defender, compliance requirements, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
- Support projects and rollouts: Participate in application deployments, hardware refreshes, Windows upgrades, migrations, Autopilot implementations, and Microsoft 365 platform improvements.
- Document the environment: Update runbooks, SOPs, knowledge articles, configuration documentation, and deployment procedures.

- Intune & Endpoint Compliance – Maintain high device enrollment and compliance rates, resolve policy and deployment failures, and ensure endpoints meet organizational security standards.
- Application Deployment Success – Successfully package, test, and deploy Win32/MSI applications with accurate detection, requirement, and assignment rules.
- Windows Autopilot Performance – Deliver consistent and reliable device provisioning with minimal manual intervention.
- Identity & Access Management – Accurately manage Entra ID users, groups, dynamic membership, MFA, licensing, and role-based access while following security best practices.
- Security & Compliance – Support timely remediation of endpoint vulnerabilities, security findings, and compliance issues in coordination with the security team.
- Automation & Efficiency – Develop and maintain PowerShell/Graph automation that reduces repetitive manual work and improves administrative efficiency.
- ITSM & Operational Excellence – Manage ServiceNow incidents, requests, and changes within expected service levels while maintaining accurate asset and CMDB information.
- Documentation Quality – Maintain current SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, and technical documentation so processes are repeatable and supportable.
- Project Delivery – Successfully support Microsoft 365, Intune, endpoint, migration, hardware refresh, and platform improvement projects within agreed timelines.
- Problem Solving – Identify root causes rather than simply resolving individual symptoms and implement sustainable platform-level solutions.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work effectively with Security, Network, IT, vendors, and business teams to deliver reliable technology solutions.
Required Skills + CompetenciesThe ideal candidate combines hands-on Microsoft 365 and endpoint administration skills with strong troubleshooting, automation, security, and communication abilities. Microsoft 365 Administration - Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 tenant environments.
- Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
- Microsoft 365 licensing and user administration.
- Ability to manage permissions, access, and tenant-level configurations.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance fundamentals.
Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration.
- Ability to create and manage configuration profiles and compliance policies.
- Windows and iOS/iPadOS device enrollment and management.
- Application packaging and deployment using Win32/MSI.
- Experience creating application detection, requirement, and assignment rules.
- Ability to manage Required and Available application deployments.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot.
- Understanding of endpoint patching, vulnerability management, and device lifecycle management.
Entra ID & Identity Management - Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID.
- User and group management.
- Dynamic groups and membership rules.
- MFA configuration and administration.
- Role-based access control and identity security.
- Understanding of hybrid identity with on-premises Active Directory.
PowerShell & Automation - Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK and Exchange Online PowerShell.

ITSM & Operational Management - Experience with ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform.
- Ability to manage incidents, service requests, and changes.
- Asset and CMDB/Configuration Item management.
- Experience creating operational reports and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of ITIL-based processes is a plus.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
