Job Description
Position: Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer
Duration: 6-9 month contract-to-hire
Location: Remote
Work Authorization: Candidates must be able to work without sponsorship now and in the future. Candidates will be screened for a Public Trust clearance.
Requirements
• Strong experience supporting and administering enterprise Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business
• Experience with Microsoft Defender and/or Microsoft Purview, including security, compliance, DLP, eDiscovery, and governance initiatives
Responsibilities
• Maintain and administer enterprise Microsoft 365 services and tenant environments
• Lead IAM initiatives including Azure AD integrations, MFA, and SSO implementations
• Support Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance programs utilizing Defender and Purview
• Assist with Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment and adoption initiatives
• Provide Tier 3 engineering support and resolve escalated technical issues
• Support Power Platform users and developers across the organization
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and implement M365 best practices
