Microsoft 365 Platform Administrator 

Overview / Summary

We are seeking a skilled Consultant to support Microsoft 365 platform tools. This role will be responsible for reviewing the Microsoft 365 roadmap and features, identifying major changes, and collaborating with various teams to implement and enable new capabilities across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the current state of Microsoft 365 platform tools and services.

  • Understand and evaluate Microsoft 365 licensing structures.

  • Review Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and identify significant feature changes.

  • Collaborate with platform teams to understand the impact of new features and support their implementation.

  • Help create and maintain documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles (KBAs).

  • Identify default settings for new features in alignment with platform standards and current usage.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, Office Applications Administration, Intune, Viva, Copilot, Loop, Exchange Online Premium, Entra ID, and Power Platform.

  • Extensive experience working with Microsoft 365 admin centers.

  • Knowledge of creating and maintaining a platform roadmap.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand current environments.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with IT teams.

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications demonstrating Microsoft 365 knowledge.
