Description
Our client is seeking a senior Microsoft AI Engineer to lead the architecture, governance, and operational strategy for an enterprise Microsoft AI ecosystem. This individual will work closely with technology and business leaders to establish scalable standards, governance frameworks, and operating models supporting rapid AI adoption across the organization.
Rather than focusing on day-to-day administration, this role centers on designing enterprise solutions, enabling responsible AI adoption, and ensuring Microsoft AI services are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design enterprise Microsoft AI architecture and governance strategies
Develop operational models supporting Microsoft AI adoption
Establish governance for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform
Build reporting frameworks for AI utilization, licensing, and capacity management
Define enterprise standards for Microsoft Purview and compliance
Partner with business stakeholders to enable responsible AI adoption
Lead architecture discussions across technical and business teams
Recommend improvements to Microsoft collaboration and AI platforms
QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive Microsoft 365 architecture experience
Expertise with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
Strong Power Platform architecture experience
Microsoft Purview governance experience
Microsoft Graph and PowerShell knowledge
Enterprise architecture experience
Strong executive communication skills
Experience leading governance initiatives
Ability to translate business requirements into enterprise technical solutions
