Overview:
Seeking an experienced Azure/Office 365 contractor to support enterprise collaboration, integration, and security initiatives across merged environments. This role focuses on O365 tenant integration, messaging infrastructure, and Azure security enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead integration of Office 365 tenants across organizations
• Support hybrid Exchange migrations and infrastructure updates
• Administer Microsoft Exchange and email security platforms (e.g., Cisco IronPort)
• Enhance O365/Azure security (Conditional Access, Entra ID, DLP)
• Manage Teams and messaging platforms (performance, monitoring, capacity)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize systems

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Microsoft enterprise environments (O365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange)
• Strong experience with migrations, AD Connect, and security policies
• Knowledge of email security tools (IronPort, Proofpoint preferred)
• Experience with system monitoring, HA/cluster environments, and ITIL practices
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project execution skills

Education:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
