The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) to deliver instructor-led, onsite training for a client in Atlanta, GA.

You will lead focused training sessions covering Microsoft's security solutions, including Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.

This is initially a short-term 1099 engagement consisting of two 4-hour onsite training sessions across two days, with the possibility of additional training opportunities based on the client's needs.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging, instructor-led training on Microsoft Defender XDR.

• Provide practical instruction on Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

• Train participants on Microsoft Defender for Office 365 capabilities and workflows.

• Explain Microsoft Defender security concepts, features, configuration, and best practices in a clear and practical manner.

• Answer participant questions and translate complex Microsoft security concepts into understandable, real-world examples.

• Adapt your delivery based on the audience's knowledge level and training needs.

• Help participants develop practical knowledge they can apply within their Microsoft security environment.

What We're Looking For

You are a strong fit if you:

• Currently hold an active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential — required.

• Have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:

  • Microsoft Defender XDR

  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

  • Microsoft Defender for Office 365

• Have experience delivering technical training, workshops, or instructor-led courses.

• Can confidently present complex cybersecurity topics to a professional audience.

• Have excellent verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Are available to provide training onsite in Atlanta, GA.

• Are able to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
