Job Description
Daily Duties / Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs, and security roles.
- Develop and manage automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and data sources, including Azure services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments.
- Work closely with business partners to translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Implement best practices around:
- Solution architecture
- Governance
- Data modeling
- Secure-by-design development
- Maintain documentation for:
- Configuration
- Data models
- Custom connectors
- Workflows
- Operational support
- Assist in building monitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance controls in alignment with enterprise policies.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on Power Apps Development, including Model-Driven and Canvas Apps.
- 5+ years of experience developing solutions using Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architecture.
- Strong experience with Power Automate for developing complex workflows and integrations.
- Experience creating and managing custom connectors, APIs, and integrations with Azure Services.
- Solid understanding of:
- Power Platform environments
- ALM
- Solution management
- DevOps
- Deployment pipelines
- Proficiency with:
- JavaScript
- Power Fx
- Low-code extensibility patterns
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and extended Dataverse features.
- Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA, NIST, PCI, etc.
- Knowledge of Power BI for reporting integrations.
- Understanding of security architecture within Power Platform and Azure AD.
Required Education
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Must hold a Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics Certification or have 5+ years of equivalent experience.
Preferred Certifications
- PL-400 Power Platform Developer
- PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ-900
Additional Skills / Duties
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-starter capable of managing work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
