Project Scope:
The Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and other technical teams to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
The role is highly hands-on and focuses on Power Apps development, Dataverse, Power Automate, enterprise integrations, data modeling, troubleshooting, security, and solution optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
· Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs, and security roles.
· Develop and maintain complex automated workflows using Power Automate.
· Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications, data sources, and Azure services.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional technical solutions.
· Implement best practices for solution architecture, governance, data modeling, and secure-by-design development.
· Maintain technical documentation for configurations, data models, custom connectors, workflows, and operational support.
· Assist with monitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance controls in accordance with enterprise policies.
· Support application lifecycle management, deployment, and production releases.
Required Skills & Experience:
· 5+ years of hands-on Power Apps development, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
· 5+ years of Dataverse experience, including advanced data modeling and security architecture.
· Strong experience with Power Automate for complex workflows and integrations.
· Experience developing and managing custom connectors, APIs, and Azure integrations.
· Strong understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps, and deployment pipelines.
· Proficiency with JavaScript, Power Fx, and low-code extensibility patterns.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.
· Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and extended Dataverse capabilities.
· Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, NIST, and PCI.
· Knowledge of Power BI and reporting integrations.
· Understanding of Power Platform and Azure AD/Entra ID security architecture.
· Experience working with enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations.
Education
College degree or equivalent professional experience.
· Must hold a Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certification, OR have 5+ years of equivalent experience.

· PL-600 – Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect
· AZ-900 – Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
