We're hiring a Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.
Candidate MUST be a SC, NC, or GA resident AND willing to commute to Columbia, SC 2 days/week to start.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of hands-on Power Apps development (model-driven and canvas)
- 5 years of experience developing solutions using Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architecture
- Experience with:
- Power Automate for building complex workflows and integrations
- Creating and managing custom connectors, APIs, and Integrations with Azure Services
- Solid understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps, and Deployment pipelines
- Proficiency with JavaScript, PowerFx, and low-code extensibility patterns
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API management
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and extended Dataverse features
- Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, PCI, etc.)
- Knowledge of Power BI for reporting integrations
- Understanding of security architecture within Power Platform and Azure AD
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions (canvas and model-driven)
- Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs, and security roles
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and data sources, including Azure services
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments
- Work closely with business partners to translate requirements into functional solutions
- Implement best practices around solution architecture, governance, data modeling, and secure-by-design development
- Maintain documentation for configuration, data models, custom connectors, workflows, and operational support
- Assist in building monitoring, auditing, logging and compliance controls in alignment with enterprise policies
Education/Certifications:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Must hold Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics Certification or 5 years of equivalent experience
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000.
