Description
Job Role: Microsoft Device Manager L3 Support SME
Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite)
Duration: Initially 6 Months

- Security and Compliance Understanding
- Automation
- Provide L3 support for enterprise device management platforms, primarily Microsoft Intune and Client Workspace ONE, ensuring high availability and timely issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint management, device enrollment, application deployment, compliance, and configuration issues.
- Implement and maintain security and compliance policies for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices in alignment with organizational standards.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline device provisioning, software deployment, policy enforcement, and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams to troubleshoot escalated issues, optimize endpoint management processes, and support enterprise mobility initiatives.
