Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance/ERP. The role will also be responsible for creating and maintaining KPIs, KRAs, and performance benchmarks that support operational and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Hybrid (3 times in office, lunch provided 2 times a week)
1st shift
Days: Monday-Friday

Job Requirements:
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Proven experience managing vendors or implementation partners
  • Extract, analyze, and validate data from Microsoft Navision (Dynamics NAV)
  • Develop, define, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Result Areas

(KRAs), and performance benchmarks
  • Scripting, Coding, EDI, API
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify measurable performance metrics aligned

with business objectives
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable reports and performance

frameworks
  • Design, build, and maintain API‑ and EDI‑based integrations between ERP, customers, vendors, WMS, CRM, and third‑party platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and KPI outputs
  • Optimize and automate recurring reports and KPI dashboards
  • Monitor performance trends and provide insights and recommendations
  • Document report logic, KPI definitions, data sources, and calculation methodologies
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting or KPI-related issues

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision (Dynamics NAV)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
  • Proven experience creating and managing KPIs, KRAs, and benchmarks
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, relationships, and DAX
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting environments
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
