Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, integrations, and enterprise application development.

Responsibilities

• Work with the client to define technical and functional requirements and develop implementation plans.

• Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure components.

• Migrate legacy CRM code to Microsoft Dynamics 365 while preserving business rules.

• Design integration solutions between Dynamics 365 and other systems.

• Configure Dynamics 365 security and access settings.

• Establish development best practices and perform code reviews.

• Collaborate with technical and business users to deliver effective solutions.

Required Experience & Skills

• 10 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring, and supporting the Microsoft Dynamics platform.

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Experience and Microsoft Power Platform.

• Experience with Power Apps, data migration, and system integrations.

• At least 1 year of experience with the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.

• Knowledge of UI/UX concepts.

• Strong experience with C#, Dataverse API, REST, OData, SOAP, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and version control.

• Familiarity with API management.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
