Description:

We're looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to play a lead role in modernizing and expanding an enterprise Microsoft business platform. This is an opportunity to own the technical direction of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions while building integrations across the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure ecosystem.

You'll work on complex CRM initiatives that impact Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing organizations, partnering with architects and business leaders to design scalable, enterprise-wide solutions. If you enjoy solving integration challenges, building modern cloud applications, and influencing technical architecture, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the design and development of enterprise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
• Build custom applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and PCF Controls.
• Develop Azure-based integrations connecting Dynamics with enterprise applications using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and Dataverse APIs.
• Drive technical architecture and development best practices across multiple environments using Azure DevOps and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with business leaders, architects, and functional teams to transform business requirements into scalable cloud solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues while improving application performance, security, and maintainability.
• Evaluate new Microsoft technologies and help shape the future roadmap of the Dynamics platform.

Ideal Candidate Background:

The ideal candidate has successfully delivered enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations and possesses strong Azure integration expertise. This individual should be comfortable leading technical design efforts, developing complex customizations, mentoring other developers, and collaborating directly with business stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Must Have:

• 5+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development
• C# / .NET
• Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
• Dataverse development
• Azure integration experience
• Azure DevOps / CI-CD
• Enterprise CRM implementation experience

Nice to Have:

• Dual Write
• Power BI
• Dynamics Field Service
• Microsoft Certifications (PL-400, PL-600)
• Consulting or Systems Integrator background
