The D365 CE / CRM Architect will lead the design and implementation of the Unified Experience layer for the Skylark platform, leveraging Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform. This role is responsible for defining a scalable, multi-brand CRM architecture that integrates seamlessly with CDP, orchestration, and enterprise services.
This is a critical leadership role during mobilization, responsible for establishing design standards, data models, and CRM-led experience patterns across the platform
The D365 F&O / eCommerce Lead will drive the design and implementation of finance, order management, and commerce capabilities within the Skylark platform. This includes B2B/B2C commerce flows, financial operations, and cross-system orchestration with CE and external channels (e.g., Shopify, partner ecosystems).
This role is critical to ensuring seamless transaction processing, billing, and product lifecycle management across brands and channels.
Strong expertise in:
D365 Sales, Customer Service, Omnichannel
Dataverse and Power Platform
Experience in multi-tenant / multi-brand CRM implementations
Strong understanding of:
Customer 360 / CDP integration models
Event-driven architecture
