We are seeking an experienced Client Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Client Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development, .NET technologies, integrations, Power Platform components, and CRM customization while working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and perform Gap-Fit Analysis.
  • Design, develop, configure, and customize Client Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, business process flows, custom workflow activities, and web resources.
  • Customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, ribbons, and security models.
  • Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise applications such as ERP, SharePoint, Outlook, Office 365, Azure AD, and other Line-of-Business (LOB) systems.
  • Develop and consume REST/SOAP Web Services, CRM Web API, and OData services.
  • Perform data migration using SSIS, Scribe, or similar ETL tools.
  • Develop custom reports using SSRS and Out-of-the-Box CRM reporting capabilities.
  • Create JavaScript-based client-side customizations and business logic.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while optimizing CRM performance.
  • Participate in deployment activities and support release management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Follow Agile development methodologies and Client Dynamics CRM development best practices.

Required Technical Skills

  • 6 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on Client Dynamics 365 CRM/Dynamics CRM development.
  • Strong experience with Client Dynamics 365 CRM Online/Customer Engagement (CE).
  • Expertise in CRM customization, configuration, entities, workflows, business process flows, and security model.
  • Hands-on experience developing CRM Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, JavaScript, and Web Resources.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET, ASP.NET, WCF, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM Web API, REST APIs, SOAP services, and OData.
  • Strong SQL Server knowledge, including SSIS and SSRS.
  • Experience with CRM integrations involving ERP systems, SharePoint, Client Outlook, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and other enterprise applications.
  • Experience with data migration tools such as Scribe or SSIS.
  • Knowledge of CRM deployment, solution management, and release processes.
  • Experience with messaging technologies such as NServiceBus is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Client Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) is preferred.
  • Understanding of Dynamics CRM 2013/2015/365 architecture and development best practices.
