Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate will design, customize, and integrate CRM solutions that support business processes and enterprise applications.
Rate Range: $59/Hour to $62/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer Job Responsibilities include:
Design, configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support sales, marketing, and customer service business processes.
Gather business requirements, perform gap-fit analysis, and translate functional needs into scalable CRM solutions and technical designs.
Develop and maintain CRM customizations, including plugins, workflows, business process flows, web resources, and JavaScript-based enhancements.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with enterprise applications such as ERP systems, SharePoint, Outlook, Office 365, Active Directory, and other third-party platforms.
Perform data migration activities using tools such as SSIS, Scribe, or similar technologies while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Create and maintain CRM reports, dashboards, and SSRS reports, while supporting deployments, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to CRM development best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
6-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, integration, and support, including 3+ years of hands-on Dynamics CRM experience.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, JavaScript, CRM Web API, .NET technologies (C#, WCF), SSIS/SSRS, and CRM security models.
Proven experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with enterprise applications such as ERP, SharePoint, Outlook, Office 365, Active Directory, and third-party systems, along with data migration and reporting solutions.

Pay Details: $59.00 to $62.00 per hour
