Key Responsibilities for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator:

• Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
• Manage security, user access, permissions, licensing, and system governance.
• Build and enhance workflows, business processes, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Support integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reporting.
• Lead data management initiatives including imports, migrations, reporting, and data hygiene efforts.

Qualifications for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of CRM administration experience, including Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Strong background in Dynamics security administration, data management, and reporting
