Monitor platform health and performance, including capacity utilization, refresh activity, concurrency, and telemetry across Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

Troubleshoot and remediate platform issues across pipelines, notebooks, semantic models, data refreshes, and CI/CD deployments, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive improvements.

Own and operate CI/CD deployment processes for Microsoft Fabric and Power BI assets using GitHub Enterprise, enforcing deployment standards and controls.

Identify, design, and promote automation opportunities across operational, governance, compliance, and remediation processes using Microsoft Fabric APIs, PowerShell, and Power Automate.

Design, implement, and maintain security and access controls, including RBAC models, data access policies, and governance standards using Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.

Partner with data governance teams to support data mapping, classification, lineage, and unified catalog implementation using Microsoft Purview.

Leverage Azure Key Vault for secure secrets management, credential handling, and encryption support across Fabric workloads.

Monitor Fabric consumption and cost patterns, optimizing usage and assisting IT leadership with cost transparency, forecasting, and capacity planning.

Maintain platform documentation and operational readiness, including architecture diagrams, runbooks, incident playbooks, service desk routing procedures, and stakeholder education on platform standards and best practices.
