Job Title : Microsoft Intune and SCCM Engineer

Job Overview : Need a skilled and experienced Microsoft Intune Level 2 Engineer. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft SCCM, Application packaging, Autopilot deployment, Defender management, and the migration of policies from Active Directory (AD) to Intune.

Responsibilities:

• Intune Architecture and Design:

• Develop and implement Microsoft Intune architecture and design strategies.

• Managing SCCM Infrastructure

• Experience in SCCM to Microsoft Intune platform migration.

• Endpoint Management:

• Lead the migration efforts from SCCM to Intune for endpoint management.

• Implement and manage Autopilot for streamlined device provisioning and deployment.

• Application Packaging:

• Package and deploy applications for Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune.

• Experience with App packaging Tools like Wise Studio,

• Knowledge on PowerShell scripting, Wise scripting, batch scripting

• Security Management:

• Configure and manage Microsoft Defender policies within the Intune environment.

• Ensure endpoint security compliance and implement necessary remediation measures.

• Policy Migration:

• Migrate policies from Active Directory to Intune, ensuring a seamless transition.

• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce organizational policies effectively.

• Troubleshooting and Support:

• Provide Level 3 support for Microsoft Intune, SCCM related issues.

• Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint management challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Intune Architect or Level 3 Engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of SCCM and expertise in migrating to Microsoft Intune.
• Strong understanding of application packaging and deployment methodologies.
• Experience with Autopilot deployment and configuration.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Microsoft Defender policies.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory and the migration of policies to Intune.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
