Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for a Microsoft .NET Developer. This individual will be asked to participate and perform at every level of the development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing/QA, implementation, training, and maintenance.

 
Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements gathering.

• Support implementation activities.
• Provide training related to implemented solutions.
• Perform ongoing application maintenance and support.

• Ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing required.

• Expertise in IT project management, including the ability to develop, track, and manage project work plans required.
• Ability to work effectively with a team to accomplish team projects and solve technical problems required.
• Ability to conceive and develop creative solutions and possess strong problem-solving skills required.
• Experience working with outlined standards required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects quickly and efficiently in a public-facing environment required.
• Ability to mentor other employees required.
• Experience developing and maintaining documentation for procedures and processes required.
• Intermediate experience with Windows operating systems required.
• Advanced experience with ASP.NET utilizing Web Forms required. MVC experience will not apply.
• Advanced experience with VB.NET or C# required.
• Advanced experience with Visual Studio 2010 or later required.
• Advanced experience with JavaScript required.
• Advanced experience with HTML required.
• Advanced experience with CSS required.
• Intermediate experience with AJAX required.
• Intermediate experience with jQuery required.
• Intermediate experience with Bootstrap required.
• Beginner experience with JSON required.
• Intermediate experience with XML required.
• Intermediate experience writing complex SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures required.
• Beginner experience writing console and batch applications for data interfaces required.
• Beginner experience developing web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) required.
• Advanced experience designing and implementing web-based applications using Microsoft platforms required.
• Advanced experience in the full application and systems development lifecycle, including analysis, requirements definition, design, technical specification research, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance required.
• Advanced experience with SQL Server 2016 or later required.
• Beginner experience with Azure DevOps and Git source code management required.

Desired Skills:

• Beginner experience developing and maintaining payment applications preferred.
• Experience with Licensing and Permitting application development and maintenance preferred.
• Experience with data conversion and migration preferred.
• Experience with Crystal Reports Designer preferred.
• Experience with ADA Title II Compliance preferred.
• 4-year college degree preferred.
